Minor correction to reporting formats for turn the curve exercises. On the population report "result" replaced with "outcome." On the performance sheet "program" replaced with "service."

Updates to Powerpoint slides 6, 7, 8 (Language examples), 16 (Adult outcomes), 23 (Leaking roof) and 46 (Education example).

Powerpoint 1.7: Minor additional changes to complete the conversion from the use of the word "result" to the use of the word "outcome." and from "program" to "service" mostly on the turn the curve charts. Addition of Home Care Services slide to Powerpoint 1.7 version. Revision of Education performance measurement four quadrant example to include #/% with good school attendance. Addition of this education slide to the 20 minute version.

First posting of UK versions of Powerpoint 1.7 and Workshop workbook handouts. The purpose of these revisions is to convert to preferred word usages in the UK, from the word "result" and Results Accountability to the word "outcome" and Outcome Based Accountability. These materials also include more international and UK examples.
